Annapurna Sanctuary Trek-8~14 days

Annapurna sanctuary – the site of Mt. Annapurna south-face base camp is a spectacular short trek done from Pokhara. This trek traverse a variety of terrain, from lowland villages and rice terraces to glaciers, and offers outstanding high mountain views. This trek is a fine opportunity to surround yourself with the giant Himalayan peaks just in a few days’ walk, without having concerned to altitude and flight problems like in other areas of Nepal.

Day 01

arrival in Kathamndu. Airport reception and transfer to Hotel. Room allocation and free time onwards. Evening welcome dinner.

Day 02Kathandu city sightseeing. Trekking permit / Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) entry permit issuance day. Hotel.

Day 03fly or drive to Pokhara. Hotel.

Day 04after breakfast, drive to Phedi for 25 min. Then trek to Tolkha (1710m, 5 to 6 hrs)

Day 05trek to Chhomrong (2440m., 5 to 6 hrs),

Day 06trek to Dovan (2450m, 6 to 7 hrs),

Day 07trek to Deurali (3110m, 6 to 7 hrs),

Day 08trek to Machhapuchare Base Camp (3790m, 4 to 5 hrs),

Day 09trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m. 3 to 4 hrs),

Day 10trek back to Deaurali,

Day 11trek back to Ghandrung,

Day 12trek to Nayapul (2 hrs) and drive (1 hr) to Pokhara. Hotel.

Day 13fly or drive to Kathmandu. Hotel.

Day 14departure/fly to home.

  • Note: we request you to check with us without any hesitation if you like the same course of trek with in a different period of time. This trek can be made shorter (of 8 days minimum) or extended to have included the Ghorepani sector (for up to 16 to 17 days).
